What is Relationship Intelligence (RQ)?
Relationship Intelligence (RQ) involves developing a relatively fulfilling, peaceful, and amicable relationship with your partner. It includes knowing how to effectively handle conflict and how to effectively communicate your needs. RQ involves meeting your partner's needs without compromising your individuality and integrity. It involves building a friendship and basically learning how to be nice to each other.
Couples usually wait to come for counseling after a prolonged period of damaging interactions, and counseling becomes the last stop before the divorce attorney. Furthermore, counseling is often not effective because couples have not developed a solution-focused mindset and have turned their relationship into a battleground. Relationship Intelligence seminars and products are designed to help couples address the aspects of their relationship that are damaging, and to learn the skills that can prevent further damage; thereby enhancing their relationships over the long term.
